Access data and hosting

Each time you access our website, our web servers automatically save a so-called server log file. For example, your IP address, device used and access location are stored in this file. This is necessary to operate our application securely and to collect analyses on the use of our service. This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH - Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (Hetzner).The hosting at Hetzner is based on Art. 6 para 1 lit. f) of the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPA). The privacy policy of Hetzner can be found here: https://www.hetzner.com/de/rechtliches/datenschutz . A contract was concluded with Hetzner, which ensures that the personal data of our users are processed in compliance with the GDPA.

Data collection and use for contract processing

We collect personal data when you contact us (e.g. email or contact form) or use one of our services (e.g. managing forms, response data from forms as well as actions). Furthermore, we store log data such as IP addresses, browser version to quickly detect and correct errors in our services. However, this data is only kept as long as an analysis is necessary for this purpose. The data you provide is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPA.

Data transfer

Auth0

The registration and login is handled by a service provider. This service provider is Auth0 - 10800 NE 8th Street, Suite 700, Bellevue, WA 98004, USA. Here, the data that is stored is, for example, email addresses, passwords (hashed), possibly telephone numbers and IP addresses. Registration is necessary so that we can offer you individualized services. The legal basis for this is the processing for the fulfillment of a contract, its or the implementation of pre-contractual measures according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b) GDPA, as well as your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) GDPA. We have concluded an agreement with Auth0 for the processing of data in accordance with Art. 28 GDPA. As it is possible that the data will be stored by Auth0 outside the European Union. For these purposes, Auth0 has committed to handle the data based on standard data protection clauses issued by the European Union under Art 46 GDPA. SendGrid

For sending, for example, emails to sign up for order confirmations and as part of our services, we use the service provider SendGrid - 375 Beale Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA. We need SendGrid to fulfill contractual requirements, as well as to carry out pre-contractual measures. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPA. We have concluded an agreement with SendGrid for the processing of data in accordance with Art 28 GDPA. It is possible that the data will be stored by SendGrid outside the European Union. For these purposes, SendGrid has committed to handle the data based on standard data protection clauses issued by the European Union under Art 46 GDPA. Plausible

For data-saving analysis of visitors to our site, we use the service provider Plausable - Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403, Tartu, Estonia. Plausable stores, for example, the page accessed, the country and the region or city, and the device used. Information about Plausable's data protection can be found here: https://plausible.io/data-policy. We collect this data according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) to be able to optimize our services to new requirements.

Form creators

With our service, we offer registered users the possibility to create forms and make them publicly available. If the form is submitted, the creator of the form can view this data via our website and use it in his processes. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b) GDPA.

Your rights

With regard to your personal data, you have the rights applicable to us in accordance with Art. 12ff. GDPA.
